Eugene Emeka Dim

Eugene Emeka Dim was a Research Assistant for the Centre for Global Social Policy’s Care Economies in Context project from 2021 to 2023. His research interest includes political participation, gender issues, and family sociology in Africa. He graduated with a PhD from the Department of Sociology at the University of Toronto in 2024. He has a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.Sc in Sociology from the University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Sociology at the University of Victoria.
