Natalia Ramírez Bustamante: Lawyer and philosopher with a Master’s degree in Law from the Universidad de los Andes and an LLM and SJD from Harvard University. She is an associate professor at the Law School of the Universidad de los Andes and director of the research group on Labour and Law. Her work focuses on studying formal and informal employment in Colombia, as well as labour, more broadly. A gender perspective is integral to all of her research. Among her most recent works is “Compliance with Labour Regulation in Colombia. Contribution to the Employment Mission 2021,” which received the Excellence in Justice Corporation award for the best academic research in 2022.
