Emily joined the Centre for Global Social Policy in the autumn of 2023 to work on the nexus between climate change and care, especially as it pertains to the city of Toronto. At the time, she was a second-year Master of Public Policy candidate at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. Before arriving at the University of Toronto, she completed a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, with a double major in political science and history. Her research interests span from gender & diversity to the intersection between health & environmental policies.
