National University of Mongolia hosting “Economics and Gender: Care Economy” conference this week

International conference runs from Sept. 18 – 19 and will serve as regional meeting for Asia-based project partners of Care Economies in Context

Otgo Banzragch and the Mongolia team of the Care Economies in Context Project are convening an international conference at the National University of Mongolia entitled “Economics and Gender: Care Economy.”

This hybrid conference will focus on a diverse range of topics, including: demographic change, the care economy, gender equality, gender and entrepreneurial performance in emerging economies, and time deficits.

The event will feature presentations by researchers, policy experts, policymakers, civil society activists, and graduate students from countries around the world, including Care Economies in Context project members from the Asia, Europe, and North America.
