Because the Centre is located in Toronto, Canada, most of the researchers affiliated with the Centre conduct at least some of their research among Canadian and US populations. These scholars include: Monica Alexander, Laura Bisaillon, Cynthia Cranford, Prentiss Dantzler, Shari Eli, Melissa Milkie, Ito Peng, David Pettinicchio, Erica di Ruggiero, and Erik Schneiderhan.
