Federico Bacchi is a PhD student in the Department of Statistics at the University of Siena. He works as a data analyst for Istituto degli Innocenti, Florence, where he studies the living conditions of children and national and international adoptions data. As a PhD student, he is involved in a research project concerning teaching of digital skills for human capital and innovation. His other main subject is the relationship between depopulation and living conditions.
