Douglas Newball: Economist and Master’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes. Interested in topics of poverty and development, inequality, crime economics, and accumulation of human capital. Experience in research at the Center for Economic Development Studies at Universidad de los Andes and Quantil, as well as teaching graduate courses at Universidad de los Andes.
