Originally from St. John’s, NL, Brad obtained his Master of Applied Psychological Sciences from Memorial University, specializing in research methods and statistics, before working in population and public health on performance metrics and evaluation. He relocated to Gatineau, QC where he worked for the former Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and took on roles in evaluation and research at the former Indigenous and Northern Affairs, Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, and Public Service and Procurement Canada. In 2020 he began his role as Director of Research and Innovation at Women and Gender Equality Canada.
