Barbara is the Social Justice Unit Coordinator and Senior Researcher at Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini. She works on projects dealing with gender equality, fundamental rights, industrial relations, social security, anti-discrimination, discrimination, access to employment, and social and labour policies. She is the coordinator and designer of Master’s in Gender Equality and Diversity Management. She gained extensive experience in managing cross national projects, including overseeing project delivery, quality control of delivered services, client orientation and conflict resolution experiences (EU COMM, EIGE, EUROFOUND, FRA) in her over 13 years with Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini. She has over 20 years of experience as project manager and researcher, including research on the field. In March 2020, she obtained a Ph.D. in Labour Innovation and development from Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
