Working in collaboration with several members of parliament, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Welfare, National Statistics Office, and Ministry of Finance of Mongolia, the Care Economies in Context Mongolia team helped draft a law on care services, which was submitted to the Speaker of Parliament for consideration and approval.
The draft law includes definitions and principles of care, maps out the rights and obligations of care recipients, and outlines state policy and support regarding care services.
