The first workshop, held on December 16, 2025, brought together key government stakeholders, including the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Economy and Development, and the Ministry of Health. Representatives from specialized agencies such as the National Gerontology Center and the General Authority for Development of Persons with Disabilities as well as Civil society was also strongly represented by organizations including UNICEF, The Asia Foundation, and various NGOs such as Monfemnet and the Wheelchair Users of Mongolia.

Following this, on January 5, 2026, a second workshop was held specifically for the academic community. Educators and professors from major institutions including the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, the University of Finance and Economics, and the Mongolian National University of Education participated.
These workshops mark a significant step toward an inclusive, data-driven care system in Mongolia, bridging the gap between academic research and national policy.
