Kayla Daneal Research Assistant University of Toronto
Kayla is a graduate from the Master of Public Policy program at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. She is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Global Social Policy, where she investigates how the organization of care influences the global economy of care workers and the implications it has on gender inequalities, social development, and governance. She has produced a variety of reports and policy briefs on her research findings. With a background in International Development Studies, Kayla’s research focuses on childcare and care of older persons in Kenya and Mongolia.
